The Specialty is the only award winning Italian bistro offering this service, and it’s the place to be if you have a passion for traditional Italian food.
On the day you will be warmly welcomed to enjoy a glass of prosecco, before your full-day workshop starts. Your teacher, Lucy Giacone, will introduce the menu to you and explain the techniques you will be using to create your pasta. Everything you will need will be laid out ready for you so you can get stuck in this great masterclass.
You will learn to make a variety of different pastas, including long, stuffed, coloured and shaped pastas, as well as sauces to complement them. Then comes the best bit - the tasting. You can enjoy tucking into your own freshly made pasta with a glass of wine and take away plenty more pasta to enjoy at home.

• Due to Covid still impacting small business like ours, and the safety of every guest, we ask you to take a lateral flow test before attending the event. (In case of a positive Covid test, we will move your masterclass to a better suited date in the future.)
This experience is available on selected dates throughout the year.
We recommend you book at least eight weeks in advance to ensure that dates are available. All bookings are subject to availability.
Please allow approximately 3 to 5 hours for the whole experience.
What about insurance?
We hold public liability insurance. We also hold contingency liability cover. You will not be liable for accidental damage to equipment, except where damage has been caused as a result of recklessness or wilful negligence.

How it works:
All you have to do is pay for the experience you wish to purchase, and we’ll send a receipt and booking information to you or directly to the recipient.
